Profession: Land Analyst Part Time (Camrose, AB)

Our team is seeking an Intermediate Land Analyst to join our team on a part time basis. This individual will need to have a proven ability to prioritize tasks and provide a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will participate in the logistical and administrative support of the land acquisition process and will need to integrate with a dedicated and energetic team.

Responsibilities include…

  • Generate professional surface land and right of way documentation.
  • Provide a range of professional administrative support for the surface land team.
  • Handle third-party applications related to surface land and right of way.
  • Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to land administration.
  • Maintain and update processes related to surface land management.

What we require…

  • 1-3 years Surface land experience is preferred across a variety of energy sectors
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Detail orientated and focused with ability to be flexible to changing priorities
  • Effective problem-solving capability with a strong focus on identifying and implementing practical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal team members and external clients

What will set you apart…

  • Experience in various land and right of way databases and project management systems
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Commissioner for Oaths in and for the Province of Alberta
