Profession: Junior – Intermediate Title Agents
What we are looking for…
Our team is seeking an individual who is self motivated, organized and detail oriented to join our Evolve team. The primary focus for this role will be to provide research into necessary title appropriate for our land acquisition work across the USA. You will be required to prepare leases and other associated documents by using proper title examination for our field team in Evolve’s Operations. This position will be highly self motivated and will require a good understanding of land title and the appropriate state and federal procedures.
Responsibilities would include:
- Conduct preliminary title research to identify ownership, encumbrances, and rights affecting properties in target acquisition areas.
- Assist in examining public records, deeds, maps, and other legal documents to confirm property title status.
- Prepare leases, easements, and surface acquisition documents under supervision and direction of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and organize research findings for use by acquisition agents and project managers.
- Work collaboratively with title coordinators and acquisition specialists to support field operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations related to surface title procedures.
- Update internal tracking systems and databases with current title findings and document statuses.
- Support due diligence and client reporting by providing clear summaries of title findings.

What we require…
- 1-5 years’ experience in title research and understanding
- Ability to complete land title research, including interpretation of title and abstracts
- Proven ability to be detail orientated and complete self-motivated work
- Experienced with a variety of land rights, licenses, leases, permits, and other real estate rights necessary for the origination, development, construction, operation, and maintenance of project facilities
- Strong understanding of non-government and government agency needs in support of the land title
- Experience with multiple industries and various regulatory bodies preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
