Profession: Title & Document Specialist – Texas (Hybrid)


What We Are Looking For…

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who can bring their experience and enthusiasm into a dynamic and growing environment. The chosen candidate will act as a Title and Document specialist to support our right of way acquisition team with various and unique projects across North America. This individual would operate in a hybrid capacity based both remotely and in our Texas office.



  • Act as a document specialist in support of land acquisitions which would include working with land titles, lease, purchase and other right of way related documentation
  • Support and operate in various land acquisition and project management programs
  • Support the team of Right of Way professionals with administrative project support
  • Maintain high accuracy and organization in creating, reviewing and editing right of way documents

What we require…

  • 2-5 years’ surface land document experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Detail orientated and focused with ability to be flexible to changing priorities


What will set you apart…

  • Texas Notary or Real Estate License
  • Experience with Share Point
