Profession: Right of Way Agent/Land Agent (Southern Ontario)

 

What we look for…

Our team is seeking a acquisition agent who is a self-starter and has demonstrated success in bringing a level of comfort to all parties involved during the surface acquisition process. If you have experience in the industry and are looking to join a dynamic and growing team this is the role for you. The primary focus for this role will be to provide effective public consultation and acquisition of surface rights, demonstrated in an ethical and professional manner. We are looking for a team player that has a keen enthusiasm for the energy industry.

 

 

The successful candidate will immediately participate in the public engagement and acquisition process on new and current projects

What we require…

  • 2-5 years’ land acquisition/right of way experience
  • Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to travel to different locations throughout the province
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook

 

 

What will set you apart…

  • Post-Secondary Education in a land related field
  • Possesses an active real estate license
  • Agriculture experience and/or knowledge
  • Active member of IRWA or working towards a designation.
