Profession: General Administrator / Entry Level Right of Way Administrator, (Indiana, USA)

What we look for…

Our team is looking to fill a unique administration role that will involve the successful candidate filling multiple areas of accountability.  This is a unique opportunity to join a growing firm and influence the local work culture and atmosphere as an early regional hire.  The primary focus for this role will be providing support to the Production Team with day to day right-of-way project administration workflow including documentation preparation, third party processing, title review, stakeholder log entries, schedule tracking and other right-of-way administrative tasks.  The secondary focus will involve supporting to both the Operations Team and Market Development Team.  Operational duties will include reception duties, data capture, supply monitoring/ordering and general administration tasks. Market Development duties will include conducting preliminary market research, collecting and reporting client data, preparing and organizing marketing information, compiling and reporting on trends and industry news.

The successful candidate will demonstrate and ability to be very fluid within their role, navigating multiple priorities at the same time.  The individual will also be a self-starter who takes initiative and brings forth recommendations when direction is periodic.

What we require…

  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience as an Administrator working in an office environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High level of computer competency and ability to adapt to various software platforms
  • Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to organize priorities and work independently for periods
  • Effective written communication skills
