Position: General Administration– California (Remote)


What We Are Looking For…

We are seeking an adaptable and self-motivated individual who is eager to obtain an entry-level admin support role in hopes of beginning an exciting career in the right of way profession. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support services both remotely and at our California office.



  • General right of way administrative support including document preparation, review and packaging
  • Data management and tracking in various project and time management software
  • Liaise with remote field staff to provide desktop support with tasks including field note entries, time confirmations, scheduling confirmations, etc
  • Support project team members with day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, letter prep, facility booking, mass mail out tracking, etc
  • Provide operational support for regional activities’ such as supply orders, team building planning, logistics oversight, trip bookings, etc.
