Profession: Document Specialist (Garland, TX)

 

What we look for…

Our team is seeking an experienced surface land professional who can act as a document specialist in support of  various land acquisitions. This individual will have a demonstrated knowledge and experience in land acquisition and the right of way profession along with a high level of competency in computer software and hardware. We are looking for individual with strong organizational and project management skills as well as an ability to provide a high level of expertise and administrative project support for our team of Right of Way professionals.  This position will be a mixture of hybrid and working out of our office located in Garland Texas.

What we require…

  • 2-5 years’ surface land document experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Detail orientated and focused with ability to be flexible to changing priorities

 

What will set you apart…

  • Texas Notary or Real Estate License
  • Experience with Share Point
